Privacy statement
Last updated: 21 October 2026
This statement explains how Earlab B.V. handles personal data when you visit earlab.co or vear.world, or contact us. It does not cover the Vear platform itself: practices that use Vear process client data under their own agreement with us, including a data processing agreement.
Who we are
Earlab B.V., Otto Reuchlinweg 1142, 3072 MD Rotterdam, the Netherlands (with an office at Startup Village, Science Park 608, 1098 XH Amsterdam), registered with the Dutch Chamber of Commerce under number 76212440. Questions about privacy: info@earlab.co.
This website
earlab.co does not use cookies, analytics or tracking, and does not load fonts or scripts from third parties. Our hosting provider processes technical data such as your IP address in server logs, solely to deliver and secure the website.
Pilot request form on vear.world
If you request a pilot through the form on vear.world, we receive your name, practice, number of locations, current software, interest and business email address. We use these details only to contact you about Vear. The form is delivered to us by email through our email service provider. We keep the request for as long as we are in contact about a pilot, and no longer than two years after our last contact.
When you email us
If you contact us, we use your name, email address and the content of your message only to respond and, where relevant, to follow up on a conversation you started. We keep this correspondence for as long as needed for that purpose, and no longer than two years after our last contact unless a legal obligation requires otherwise.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you can ask us to access, correct or delete your personal data, to restrict or object to its processing, or to receive a copy. Email us and we will respond within one month. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).
